I can't and won't do soy anymore. It's so hard to digest, to me.

Rice Milk is great. It's sweet and not too chalky and great with almost everything.

Almond Milk is good too. I like the individual "juice box" style almond milk when i drink it.

Rice milk is my main dairy sub.
