Thanks...to address what you raised


1) I have been taking an Egg White Protein Powder after my workouts for years...and have never had any problems.
-Does that surprise you?
-Do you think adding a 2nd shake with the Egg White Protein Powder might be a problem?
-I would think since this is a powder and not the egg whites themselves perhaps this can/does lead to a different result.


2) Do you think if I have an Egg White Protein Powder in the am instead of an Egg White omlet this would lead to less energy in the gym (since it is a supplement and not whole food) or since it is protein should I not notice any decrease?
