I eat seafood too and some homeraised egg whites (only home raised- not from restaurants etc). I wish I could give up sugars! I did once for two weeks but lately I am more addicted than ever. Once I get over the hump and give it up for a few days, I will have company or go to a party or something and have dessert and get hooked again. So last christmas season I gave up trying after having chocolate in the house for company and getting addicted again.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
