Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

Heather has a post in the beginning of these message boards about how to take them. Make sure you take one capsule an hour before you eat on an empty stomach. You basically want to take them an hour away from food. If you are taking acid lowering drugs, make sure you take the peppermint caps about 2 hours away from the medication.
