So just so I can be clear 1) Eliminating the egg white omlet should not be the reason I feel less energy at the gym?
2) Replacing the egg white omlet with a protein shake should be sufficent and not cause any hinderence to my workouts?
3) You feel I would benefit by having some Carbs before the workout. -What do you suggest because I already have Oat Bran+Applesauce at breakfast -I can NOT handle Luna Bars (too much IF) -Any suggestions on foods or supplements I could have to get me that carb boost pre-workout?
