Thanks! Wow...a year...well, I'll try to do my best . My problem is that I need to stick to a diet, whether it's Heather's, GF, low-carb... I need to see improvements soon . The longest I've tried was Heather's (about 1/2 year) and GF (5 months) but I quit after I didn't see a long-term improvement. I ditched the GF one because I missed wheat, and the Heather's one because I wanted to try something else. Other approaches never lasted longer than a few weeks.
You were right about the soy - it just isn't for everyone, especially at the beginning. I'm still feeling today, and I had it on Saturday. I'm not sure yet if I will stick to being a vegetarian, I already miss meat (just safe meat, of course, just a little). I'll just see how I'm doing.
