Antibiotic Eye Drops       07/04/09 11:56 AM Edit Reply Quote Mhillqt Reged: 10/06/07 Posts: 174 Ive read on here that antibiotics can trigger ibs.....i havent been on antibiotics in years.....this past week i developed conjunctivitis and needed antibiotic eye drops...vigamox.......the day after usage ive developed bad diarhea, cramping and nausea....this is now going on day 3........can the small amount of antibiotics in eye drops trigger this?
