Iced Tea a Trigger??       06/24/09 01:46 PM Edit Reply Quote Runs No Fun Reged: 12/02/08 Posts: 162 Loc: Long Island, NY I had been doing good with my diarrheal issues lately but had a flare-up in the last two days. While speaking with a friend I realized that it MAY be due to my drinking iced tea. I make my own, using de-caf tea bags and no sugar. I'll usually drink lots of Gatorade, but I ran out of it and made the iced tea. A few hours later I started with the runs again. I think it's not just coincidental.
