I take Librium which in the same class of medication as Lorazepam. Yes it can be addictive but there are alot of circumstances that go into that as well. How long your on it, how much you take, how often you take it, do you have an addictive personality. When you do go of it you have to go off it slowly and not stop cold turkey. I was saying in my other post that it is a short acting benziopide lasting 4-6 hours usually. Buspar is an anti anxiety med that is not addictive but will take up 2-3 weeks to get in your system and for you to see results from it. I took that for many years but when they reached the max dosage they had to switch me to something else.
