I think Janey's posts are, in fact, sweet, reasonable and caring. Just my opinion.
It doesn't help anyone on this forum to be negative about the EFI diet, and Heather has asked the old timers here to be I guess stricter with the guidelines of the forum and encourage others within those guidelines. So if you have a problem with someone like Janey, perhaps it is because she is trying to comply with Heather's request. I can't say for sure as I don't have all the posts memorized and there could be more to the story
