Tea, help!       06/10/09 04:59 PM Edit Reply Quote Britt44 Reged: 05/27/09 Posts: 31 Loc: Iowa I have been reading about how tea is suppose to be so soothing for IBS. My problem comes with the fact that I can't seem to get past the taste of herbal teas (I start gagging instantly). I need something warm and soothing as water isn't helping at all.
