Cascadian Farms Granola cereal       05/11/09 05:43 AM Edit Reply Quote adobemoes Reged: 02/23/04 Posts: 118 Loc: Connecticut Can anyone tell me why this cereal (http://www.cascadianfarm.com/products/Product_Detail.aspx?cat=8) would affect people with IBS? Click on nutritional info at top right to see ingredients... I know granola is supposed to be avoided because it's normally very fattening, but this one isn't...But it still seems to affect my stomach adversely.. Any ideas?
