I quite drinking it for a good 6 months but i didn't feel that the improvement (not much at all) was worth cutting it out. I still felt like crap most days and probably felt worse since i was getting depressed without it. I still take a few days off every now and then but usually i will have one every morning. It makes me go to the bathroom instantly, usually before i even finish the cup.
Im half Italian and was used to drinking a good 5 shots of espresso a day, needless to say this whole IBS and no coffee thing has really got me down. I havent had an espresso in over a year, just the week watery regular brew stuff now.
I wouldn't reccomend drinking it thats for sure. But for me personally i feel this whole healthy diet thing to feel a little better then miserable is just not worth it sometimes. Its one thing if it made me feel great or cured me but i still felt like [censored] most days on it and still do.
