Strawberries and most berries are low in excess fructose. The seeds from most berries give me problems. I use a mixture of berries which I warm and strain to remove the seeds leaving concentrated berry juice. I use the juice to make oatmeal, sauces and beverages. It is high in vitamins and antioxidants and freezes very well. It would probably be great in a smoothie too
