I would like to say "yes" but I don't. I love coffee as well. The last time I had any, bam, it hit me and my colon stopped completely. I went to the bathroom first, and then, it was just like a rock in my gut. Nothing moved for a day and a half. I was miserable!
Coffee is a no, no. It is a Trigger for most with IBS. I'm sure if you haven't had any in a while, it will almost kill you.
Coffee is very potent with caffeine, and the gut just doesn't like it!!!
I'm so sorry! I wish I could have some too!!!!
