And there is nothing you can do with ground beef you can't do with ground turkey if you know what you are doing. Same thing with ham, there is turkey ham. I'm sorry but it is a really lame excuse IMO to say you are bored with poultry. It just means you are stuck in a rut, not that there aren't things to do with it. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004.
