Re: Whats a good Calcuim Supplement?       05/03/09 01:09 PM Edit Reply Quote Atrox Reged: 03/04/08 Posts: 19 Loc: Florida Question about this topic as well- Fibercon says it has 122 mg calcium per caplet (each caplet has 1/2 g SF) in the form of Calcium polycarbophil. Does anyone know if this is a good source of calcium? I am going to take Fibercon regardless, just want to know if Calcium polycarbophil can actually be used/absorbed by the body?
