Thank you so much! That does help alot! I have been trying to stay at 1500 calories, but with the crackers and breads ect, thats kinda hard. I know I also need to up my activity level, I sit all day at work (8-5), which is really hard on my back and IBS. I feel better when Im moving around! I hope you dont mind if I ask you questions once in a while. I have been on the IBS diet for about a year now, but I was having a hard time saying goodbye to all the ice cream, pizza, CHEESE!! Its seems like cheese is on everything!! Your meal plan sounds great, I cant have banana for some reason, even though I LOVE them! They give me a wierd burning/aching in my stomach which may have nothing to do with my IBS. Thanks again for the help!!
