I am not necessarily new to this site, but new to the message boards, and have never posted anything. I wanted to see if I can get some help with my diet/calories….ect. I am 23 yr. old, 5'3" and weigh between 125-128. (it's different everyday). I'm not sure exactly what type of ibs I have because for years I had D and now I mostly have C with some D blow outs (I know that's gross) once in a while. I would like to lose 5lbs and I need to tone up. I try to work out 4 days a week, I do Jillian Michaels shred workout, or my other biggest loser DVDs…. Or I go for a walk. Do you have any idea about how many calories I should be eating per day? It seems so hard to balance the ibs diet with the right amount of calories. I just recently realized I have been eating too many foods with HFCS, I want to get away from some of the process foods! Which was mostly all I ate for a while! I like your brown rice mixed with different things. Is brown rice safe? I usually only eat white rice. I also wanted to get some ideas on quick and easy things to eat and bring to work. Anyway, Like I said, I'm new to these message boards, so maybe all this stuff is answered in the boards somewhere, but I have been reading a lot of your posts and would like to get some more "guidance".
