Re: Ezekiel Bread?       04/29/09 09:51 AM Edit Reply Quote Rebecca1013 Reged: 04/05/09 Posts: 144 Loc: Catasauqua Pennsylvania I would have to be leary of the bread....it is a super healthy bread (if you didn't have ibs lol)but i do know alot of their products have high fiber levels and they are chock full of whole grains...i would definately try and get a different brand...or if you are really intent on having it consume a soluble fiber buffer food along with it.
