This has inspired me to start eating brown rice again - i hadn't bought any for ages as i think it gave me some problems in the past but a few days ago i bought a bag of oranic shortgrain rice and am reintroducing it into my diet. I mix it half and half with white rice, and i seem to be doing ok with it so far. I took a tub of it mixed with steamed vegetables for my lunch today, ate it sitting on the river bank in the sun, idyllic!
