Welcome to the Boards Congratulations on your shopping trip. There is a brand of rice crackers available at New Seasons and Whole Foods; it comes in 2 or 3 flavors (including soy cheddar) that I used to buy. Aaaaargh...Can't remember the name right now. Fred Meyer/Kroger has them, too. They are quite expensive, but taste pretty good. There is a link on this site for recommended brands; you also might do a search across all forums for "recommended brand". That may help some - it will also bring up some interesting emails, I bet. Finding food can be real time-consuming and I don't even have to accommodate a husband. I just have to "hunt & gather" & cook!
