Rebecca, I sound so much like you.Long distance runner. Healthy healthy eater but lots of bloating and abdominal pain etc. I eat lots of oatmeal, natural peanut butter ( by the tablesppons) and eggs for protein.

Have you cut out gluten as well as oatmeal and less healthy fats? Have you tried flax oil with any symptoms?

Please let me know how you keep your energy up to work out, so imortant to me :-)
