I practically live on them. There are so many ways to eat them safely. Don't worry about the dairy part of the pyramid. If you have calcium fortified milk alternatives or calcium rich non dairy foods or take a cal/mag supplement you are fine. Sounds like you might need to experiment with ways to eat grains, and fruit/veggies safely. I hope you can! -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas.
