Hey Everyone, Living in Louisiana it is a struggle to find a place to eat that has low-fat and IBS safe foods. We have a new bakery/deli opening up here and it is called Truely Free Bakery. I emailed the franchiser and she said they will have glutten free, egg-free, milk-free, and casein free foods on the menu. She also told me they will be making sandwiches/wraps/spaghetti/and tacos. I told her I was interested in low-fat food too. I was just wondering if anyone had eaten at a Truely Free Bakery & Deli elsewhere? I am really excited about this place opening up!
