Is quinoa insoluble or soluble?       04/12/09 05:53 AM Edit Reply Quote Kteach84 Reged: 03/31/08 Posts: 181 Loc: MA I love quinoa, but I can't figure out if its soluble or insoluble. Heather has it on the soluble fiber foods- but I've seen that its high in insoluble in other places.
