Please Help       04/11/09 04:14 PM Edit Reply Quote mrae Reged: 02/05/09 Posts: 481 Loc: California I went to Rite Aid to pick up a probiotic and I looked at the Align and the Kyo-Dophilus. I stood there read the packages and ended up walking out without either one. I just don't know which one would help my urgency/diarrhea. I am tired of spending money on thing that don't work but I know in order to find the right one I will have to. The Align did say on the box helps with urgency and diarrhea but I have heard good and bad things about both. Please any advice would be helpful. I need it for urgency/diarrhea not constipation of any kind. I am taking calcuim right now to see if that will help but I am only on day 3 plus I figured a probiotic would only help things.
