The ingredients are filtered water, grape juice(of all things)from concentrate, followed by cane or beet sugar, peach juice from concentrate, white cranberry juice from concentrate, natural flavors, citric acid, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and sodium citrate. This won't be good for everyone especially if you have D. I started with about 2 ounces of juice after a high soluble fiber meal. I think the vitamin C helps me for regularity.
