I believe the drink contains other probiotics than Bifidobacterium lactis or the name Danone uses B. regularis. This is not the product that was clinically tested. Only the yogurt which only contains Bifidobacterium lactis was clinically tested. It could make a difference.

Heather recommends taking one capsule containing 0.2ml/180mg Peppermint Oil three times a day. So three 50 mg capsule three times a day is close.
