HELP WITH IBS AND BEING OUT OF WORK       04/01/09 11:32 AM Edit Reply Quote Kerrij34 Reged: 04/01/09 Posts: 2 I wanted to ask the following: Can FMLA be used for IBS? I work at a Lab in a hospital and I cannot use sick time unless I am out more than 3 days, well my flare ups do not last but maybe 2 days at the most if I am lucky.
