Hi there,
I would try increasing your doses of the acacia in smaller increments and space them out a little more. I would try adding a 1/4 teaspoon to your DAILY dose (not each individual dose) every 5-7 days. This should be very tolerable. You would never want to increase in large increments, as there could be a possibility of causing some excess gas.
