Head down to the General Mills and Quaker parts of the aisle and you'll find more safe choices. Most of the corn, rice and oat based cereals from them are safe. Kellogg's and Post almost always use HFCS. Watch for milk by looking for the bold warning at the bottom of the ingredients list saying that it 'contains milk.'
