This is a very specific type of chiropractic so please don't just go to any chiropractor. The message behind this is to get the head in line with the body so that the brain can transmit messages (to any part of the body you have pain in-specifically the intestines/colon for IBS). I have had IBS symptoms for all of my life and have just recently starting doing this. DO IT!-Atleast research it.
