I do occasionally have a little parmesan. It is low in fat and the hard cheeses seem more tolerable. If everything else is safe and I have been doing well, a sprinkle of parmesan may be ok. As for the fake cheeses, I find some to be pretty good. The cheese slices are good on Boca burgers or as a grilled cheese with tomato and basil. The Lisanti mozzarella style is good too, not spread all over a pizza but as a topping it tastes like cheese. I don't get the kind without casein which those with dairy allergies have to get. The dairy in casein is tiny.
