Trying to stabilize       03/15/09 06:23 PM Edit Reply Quote Sailing Away Reged: 03/31/05 Posts: 304 I had an attack start Friday night and have been trying to stabilize since yesterday. I tried applesauce, banana, dry cheerios throughout the day along with Citrucel and tea. I had no appetite and kept trying. I spent last night dry heaving for about 30 minutes. I again repeated today the cereal and applesauce. I was fine this morning and now tonight it seems to thick to swallow the applesauce without gagging. I am again dealing with the dry heaves. I tried to increase the amount of soluble fiber I am getting but it doesn't seem to be helping. Has anyone had it take this long to be able to get anything to stay down? I haven't tried the hypnotherapy but at this point I am willing to do anything stabilize. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
