Hi
Hi
Hi Hi Help Needed- was away on a trip to Virgin Islands- my stomache was much better there= so other than the usual- well you were more relaxed- which is true- I have to rethink what I ate there. The ONLY time I had bad tummy and gas pains was when I had a salad ( I should know that raw is a problem for me- I am convinced). The strangest thing that happened was that I had some FROZEN YOGURT at a Ben and Jerry store- now it was a small cup- but I didn't get my usual gas and tummy ache at all from that. So maybe I can tolerate a little yogurt once in a while., but for example today now that I am home 2 days from the trip I had an egg white omlette for lunch w/ goat cheese- wow am i not feeling well- heartburn(which I never get)- and bloated- and discomfort. The other thing that I never had on vacation was brocollai- they just didn't have it there- so the first dinner home- wham I had brocollai and did I have gas and tummy ache. I also didn't have my cooked quionna and spelt flake cereal- that I usually have at home, just corn bread instead (delicious from Starbucks - so maybe I am getting things slowly working out what might be right for me.
