I wanted to mention some other choices. When I want something and want to treat myself I get Naked or Bolthouse juices. They are wicked expensive and high in calories. I like the Chai soy latte one (Perfectly Protein Chai) but it does contain caffeine. I only get one about once a year.
Also homemade style ginger ale is something I love. There is limited carbonation in it but with some it isn't technically safe. A restaurant around here with safe food makes a ginger ale that is super gingery with little carbonation, or they can be made at home.
Also you could brew your own decaf chai and make a latte, either hot or cold. You could make a cold teeccino latte too with soy milk. I generally don't give too much thought to drinks since I can't afford the extra calories. I had a slight cold this week and drank OJ and Bolthouse was on sale and I treated myself to the Chai drink. Otherwise it is water and fennel/pep tea for me.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
