deglycyrrhizinated licorice tablets. Besides DGL and glycine they contain:

Fructose Free/Sugarless variety:
Mannitol, cellulose, sorbitol, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and natural anise flavor.

or

Ultra German Chocolate variety:
natural flavors (soy lecithin and milk), fructose, organic inulin, silicon dioxide, and organic guar gum

Managing the GERD and the IBS at the same time is a real pain!
