Try Hummus

Try chickpeas in hummus form. I find them safe if you are stable--note they are in the bean family of foods, so treat them carefully.

Hummus is a chickpea puree and thus might be a tad safer if you haven't had chickpeas in awhile. Dip away or spread with breads, crackers and safe raw veggies (I like carrots and raw mushrooms and cucumber--peeled/seeded), best). It's available in most supermarkets. Read labels carefully to make sure ingredients are safe.

Wind,
IBS-D, stable.
