I saw your taco lasagna recipe on the recipe board, that sounds really good too!! The cookie recipe was interesting! I think I did something wrong, I might have overcooked them... I dont know but they were hard as rocks! So I did some experimenting. I added some applesauce to the recipe cause I noticed there was no oil in it or no sub for butter. But then I couldnt roll them out cause they were too sticky. So I basically made a giant sheet cookie, then just out of the oven I used my football cookie cutter and made the cutouts from the cooked dough. It actually came out really well! My cookies were very fluffy, but tasty! Anyways, thanks again. The blueberry muffins sound really good!! Oh and Stefanie Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
