Little Minnie gave some good advice. If you cannot tolerate soy or prefer not to have it in your diet, a small handful of nuts crumbled on your cereal will help satiate you. I have pecans sprinkled in my cereal each morning. A few small slices of avocado in your sandwiches will give you a bit of healthy fat that may help satiate you. Chicken, turkey, beans, and lentils are all low fat sources of protein that will help fill you up.
