I did a search in the Eating for IBS board and saw your discussion about Align and its effectiveness. I was wondering if either of you were still using Align. I am IBS-A. I have been taking Bio-K (soy-gluten and dairy free) for almost a year now. It tastes horribly! My doctor suggested I try Align. I am a little worried about (1) how bad the gaseous symptoms are the first week (should I start it on a weekend); and (2)wondering if I need to stop the Bio-K while taking the Align. Any feedback about Align would be much appreciated. The weather here is already getting warm and humid...not a good combo.
