Bad Day       03/20/03 02:38 AM Edit Reply Quote tlc Reged: 03/06/03 Posts: 207 Loc: Australia Today was a bad IBS day for me. Yesterday I had an administrative meeting and was wound up about an issue that I felt wasn't equitable. It's been stressing me for about 3 days- but today, finally, I find that the situation was reviewed, and changes are now in place (changes to which I posed)so I'm much relieved, however, I've had bad bloating, stomach pain and bad d. I feel my stomach is on a rollercoaster at the moment and I don't really know why. Maybe it's just the worry about work and a family member in hospital? Better days ahead...
