Re: Soluble Fiber Caps       02/03/09 11:01 AM Edit Reply Quote Atrox Reged: 03/04/08 Posts: 19 Loc: Florida I take 2-4 Fibercon tabs (generic brand actually to save some money) a day in addition to 2-3 tsp of acacia fiber (Heather's)- it has really helped me out a lot- the combination along with some diet changes has reduced my D and C symptoms by 70-80%- love it! Maybe the tabs you got have an undesirable filler in them- check Heather's book? -------------------- -------------------- IBS-D with stress related bouts of C, 10+? years.
