So glad to hear your feeling so much better - sucks about missing the inauguration party.

I totally agree with you about the diet. I started out by sticking to the all SF foods to stabilize. I felt better and my D wasn't as severe but I still wasn't as normal as I wanted to be. Once I started adding foods back into my diet I felt even better. Counter intuitively I find I'm better with some IF in my diet even though I'm D. So long as I take it in smallish quantities (usually from porridge, berries, rice or red peppers) with plenty of SF it doesn't bother me. Walking also helps keep me stable - I definitely notice a difference if I go a few days without a daily 20 min walk.
