I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. I wish there was some quick fix for what we go through, but unfortunatley I can only supply sympathy and advice. First of all, it's great that you found a Dr. that you can trust. It's very important that you communicate with him. Show him Heather's diet. Tell him all your concerns. The two of you should come up with a plan to try, and if it's notworking,try something else. It's important to remember that he wants to help you and you need to communicate you concerns and confusion. My Dr. and I joke about how I cured myself... but believe me, four years ago it wan NO JOKE! This website is great for support and advice. I don't know what I would have doen without it. Sometimes you just need to talk with people who are going through it too, and who understand. I hope you feel better soon.
