yeast free bread recipe       01/23/09 05:04 PM Edit Reply Quote pixiegoddess Reged: 01/18/07 Posts: 63 After having the blood tests for food allergies I am supposedly allergic to milk, eggs, and yeast. I say supposedly because I'm not really sure I believe this. Anyway, I've been staying away from dairy anyway and don't eat eggs (by themselves) anymore - I do eat things that have eggs in them but low on the list of ingredients per the doc. I miss my bread, though, and since white breads, bagels and english muffins all have yeast I'm limited on what I can have as a soluble fiber base. I do get a yeast free bread from the local food coop but it's not the best tasting stuff - so, does anyone have a recipe for a good yeast free bread that would also be IBS safe?
