up until a few weeks ago, i had stabilized my ibs with occasional flare-ups. as of late, i've been dealing with unusual amounts of stress and excitement. i've been running on adrenaline and nerves, and an inadvertent starvation diet and have lost almost ten pounds in a short period. i've still got the nerves, but i'm consciously trying to eat more, which has resulted in loose diarrhea several times a day. Could this be because my body is not used to digesting much food? Before (for not quite a week) I was essentially living on minimal amounts of saltine crackers, graham crackers and bananas.
