I was wondering if anyone else can relate to my non-text book IBS symptoms: when I get an attack, I start to feel hot and sickly in my abdomen (but in a generalized way), then my heart rate goes up quickly and stays high for a while, or until I get some peppermint tea inside me. I may or may not have a BM afterwards. There's absolutely no pain, but more of a silent internal charliehorse. I can have this happen if I drink decaf tea, almost immediately. Can anyone relate? I'm also thinking of having children soon. Will this hurt my baby? Will pregnancy make it worse? It's very scary when it happens. Thanks for listening! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
