Soluble Fiber and eczema       01/07/09 11:35 AM Edit Reply Quote WendyS Reged: 01/07/09 Posts: 1 Please help! I have been trying soluble fiber powers, Metamucil and Citracel and both are causing my eyes to dry out and it looks like eczema. My lids are turning red and my eyes hurt. I am even getting dry patches all over my body. I backed off taking the supplements and it goes away, then I try just 1/2 scoop once a day but it seems to be coming back. I have increased my water intake substantially but to no avail. Please help!?!?!? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
